We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases from Essa Collection so if, for any reason, you'd like to return an item please notify us or return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange or refund it.

All returns must be unused in their original packaging and with the receipt. The purchasers is responsible for the return costs unless the item is faulty. Please contact us if the goods are faulty.

All returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
